CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment time using your text or email confirmation link. No-shows are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Multiple reschedules may result in a forfeited deposit or limited availability. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable once.
